When you schedule a Meet & Greet, you’ll first connect directly with our experienced Home Care Coordinator. They’ll listen to your situation, answer questions, and walk you through a brief consultation to understand your care needs, preferences, and schedule.
Based on that conversation, your Coordinator will carefully select and coordinate a Meet & Greet with a potential best‑fit caregiver, so your first introduction feels thoughtful, supported, and aligned with what your family needs.

A meet & greet gives your family the chance to feel comfortable before care begins. It give you the opportunity to interview your caregiver and our team to evaluate the fit/match. It helps us understand not just what support is needed, but who your loved one is — their routines, preferences, personality, and what would make care feel safe, familiar, and personal.

Most families have never interviewed or met with a professional caregiver before, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about what to ask. Our Home Care Coordinator will help you get ready by sharing a simple set of guiding questions and talking points you can use during your Meet & Greet.

Together, we’ll help you think through what’s most important to you—personality fit, experience with dementia or specific conditions, communication style, schedule flexibility, and more—so you feel confident and prepared going into the conversation.
